I have used docucopies several times. Always been quality, fast and very well priced. I had a different situation today and I needed help. Phone answered by a real live person (Annie) and she walked me through my order. Could not be happier. The counter jockeys at the bigbox office stores don't offer this kind of help and the are at least 50% more expensive. Will keep on using them, Annie was great.

I was desperate and only had 4 days to have 60 packages of material that was 114 pages in legnth... DocuCopies met the challenge, and even with significant postage (that they did not skim off the top, I checked the rates) it was 30-40% less than other quotes, all of which would not guarantee they could meet the deadline. I am now a customer for life!

We've been using Docucopies to print our family calendar (25 pages, 20-25 copies) every year for almost a decade, and they have produced perfect results every. single. time. Orders have always been delivered in the timeframe specified, and there has never been an issue with print quality. The web site is very easy to use, but the few times I've needed to contact customer support they've always been very friendly and knowledgeable. And their prices are always great too!

Great product and prices... Rotten packaging = damage. I am glad to hear that Docucopies has improved the packaging. And its true, I did not lodge a complaint on every order. But on every single order (six, ten, not sure) the packaging was shoddy. That is why the review. I have no interest in making this up!

They also saw a mistake I had made in selecting how I wanted it printed and I'm grateful they contacted me to check if it was what I wanted. The print quality is beautiful and vibrant. The jobs are done right every time. I recommend them to all my clients. Before Docucopies, I used to pay $75/client per print job excluding shipping. Now, I pay $46 for the same job, including shipping!

I ordered funeral programs three days before service they arrived on time. The quality made them a collector's item. Several scholars, fellow artists and archival institutions have requested a copy of the full color 8 page program at a cost of less than $1.00 each a true bargain. Even with expedited shipping a real bargain.
